The Founder - Samantha Gold
Samantha Gold has spent 15+ years at the intersection of tech, consulting, and brand building - and has done what very few advisers can claim: she’s actually built it herself, multiple times over.
Before founding Atlas Row, Samantha led high-performing sales teams at Salesforce, where she developed deep expertise in growth strategy, systems, and operations. She then served as CEO of Elizabeth James The Lavel, the cult-favorite eight-figure women’s fashion label, where she ran full-scale brand operations and learned what it truly takes to scale a consumer brand at the highest level. Most recently, she founded Motette, a nationally recognized children’s and women’s sleepwear brand featured in Forbes, Glamour, Business Insider, and beyond - built profitably from the ground up using lean, AI-powered operations and scaled to major retail partnerships including Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom, and Macy’s in under a year.
That combination - corporate rigor, executive leadership, and hands-on founder experience - is what makes Atlas Row genuinely different. Over the course of her career, Samantha built a playbook that most founders never get access to: insider sourcing strategies, scrappy go-to-market tactics, earned media relationships, and AI-first systems that let small teams move like big ones.
