I am a fractional Chief Growth Officer, AI-native operator, and founder with 15 years of experience driving revenue across enterprise tech, ecommerce, and consumer brands. I have carried bags, built teams, run an eight-figure brand, and founded one of my own.
I started in enterprise sales at Salesforce, where I was promoted five times in six years, won BDR of the Year in 2014 and MVP Account Executive of the Year in 2015, and ended up leading a team of 12 across SDR and AE functions. From there I went to Relativity, the legal AI and eDiscovery platform, where as Senior Enterprise Account Executive I advised AmLaw50 clients on cloud transformation and consistently exceeded 110 percent of annual quota.
I stepped into the CEO seat at Elizabeth James The Label, a women's contemporary apparel brand, where I led a full brand repositioning, expanded wholesale into five new markets, and drove 200 percent direct-to-consumer sales growth. That experience gave me the operating chops to run a consumer P&L end to end.
Then I founded Motette, a premium bamboo sleepwear brand for women and children. Self-funded. Sole employee. Scaled in 11 months from zero to Macy's, Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom, Dillard's, and 100 boutiques. Built on AI-native systems automating PR outreach, wholesale prospecting, buyer follow-up, content generation, and customer service. Earned press in Forbes, Business Insider, Glamour, Good Housekeeping, Esquire, The Bump, and Parents, without a PR agency.
