Atlas Row was founded by Samantha Gold, a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with a career spanning more than a decade across tech, fashion, and consulting. Before stepping into entrepreneurship, Samantha spent years in the tech industry leading high-performing sales teams at companies like Salesforce, where she was consistently recognized as a top performer and awarded for her results.
Her career took a creative turn when she launched Motette, a children’s clothing brand born from her experience as a mom. What started as a personal solution quickly grew into a nationally recognized brand, featured in Forbes and carried by Maisonette, Bloomingdale’s, and more than 40 boutiques across the U.S.
That journey became the foundation of Atlas Row. By combining her background in sales and business development with her entrepreneurial success, Samantha created a consultancy designed to help both product- and service-based businesses scale smarter. Atlas Row blends senior-level strategy with offshore execution, giving founders access to the same sales rigor and visibility playbooks she used to grow teams in tech and to scale Motette—without the overhead of a full-time hire or traditional agency retainer.
